10K This Weekend, Small Stream Time Adjustment

It feels absolutely insane typing this, but I’ll embark of my first 10K ever on Sunday. Not only that, I checked my running totals for the year and I’m at 90.55 miles run.

My last two training runs are two miles each. With the six-plus on Sunday, I’ll hit over 100 miles run on the year. Considering this little incentive almost got me to $100K raised, running a mile for every $1K raised seems rather fitting.

And with a couple more two mile runs to keep me going and one more 5K as a victory lap (seven more miles), I will have a mile run for every $1K raised all time ($107K).

Schedule Adjustment

Now that I’ve done the baseball practice & streaming for about a month, I’ve learned that I’m starting Tuesday too late and Thursday too early. Starting this week, Tuesday streams move back to 9 PM CDT and Thursday streams back to 10 PM CDT.

Streams will end around 12 AM CDT so we can all get some rest and try to raid other late-night Extra Lifers as well!

Hopefully this will make this far more consistent and make the start times more like real start times and not aspirational ones. Also, it gives me more time to spice up the Tuesday Final Fantasy XIV streams too…

Bonus Streams Coming Soon

I’m beyond due for PTO. I have a work trip the week of April 20th and, as soon as it completes I’m off to the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in Anaheim. That trip kicks off a week off work for me!

During that time, I’ll have some Expedition 33 streams at hours that aren’t crazy late (and can provide some nice background noise for your work day!).

As always, I can’t thank y’all for the continued support. I’ve pushed my liver, taste buds, spice tolerance, and now my legs and cardio. This last one has by far been the toughest, but it’s been well worth it.

For all kids. For Aven.
