Heroes, we finally made it: college football begins tonight (Thursday, August 28). I hope you celebrate appropriately by dropping in one of three streams I'll have this weekend.

No, none of them will be College Football '26. That would make too much sense.

Tonight at 9 PM CDT, I will continue my Assassin's Creed II playthrough. The body count is now up to 387 with 7 desyncs. With dime a kill and one dollar per desync pledge, my donation total so far stands at $38.70 + $7 = $45.70.

I passed the halfway mark in the game last week, if you want to get an idea of where the body count could end up. If, you know, you'd like to do a similar pledge for maybe a penny per kill.

On Sunday, Notre Dame has the sole game of the day (6:30 PM CDT kickoff) and it fits so nicely after my weekly Minecraft stream at 2 PM CDT. It just so happens to be the first weekend of the year, which I try to do my monthly Valheim Crowd Control streams. Since I, and most of America, have Monday off, I'll shift from Saturday to Sunday.

After all, I know most college football sickos (myself included) will use every screen possible to consume every game they possibly can.

So once Notre Dame finishes trashing Miami (plz), I'll fire up my stream for some Viking chaos.

Enjoy the long weekend. Stay hydrated. Donate to change kids health. Go Irish. Beat Hurricanes.
