Extra Life United Is Here!

Heroes,

I write to you from sunny (and humid) Orlando, Florida. Today, Extra Life United will kick off. Extra Lifers from around the nation will compete in multiple video and tabletop tournaments for our local hospitals as well as hanging out and having a grand ‘ol time.

I will do my level best to get some extra newsletters out during the week, but for now, I want to make y’all aware of some things going on this week.

I’m Streaming LIVE from ELU!

Wednesday, 3:30 PM - 5 PM EDT, I will be streaming live on my Twitch channel for the first time in quite a while. I will be continuing my Terra Nil playthrough, but with a twist! Dixper interactive effectives will be live and you can do the following to me during that streaming window:

• Have wind blow my mouse pointer everywhere ($1)
• Cute Jump Scare ($5)
• Spam Left Click ($10) ← terrified of this

In order to activate these effects, head to gamin4aven.org and scroll down just a bit to the live incentives. Once your donation goes through, the chaos happens.

How to Watch the Other Festivities

Most of ELU, including tournament play, will be broadcast over on Extra Life’s Twitch Channel. You will see many Extra Lifers competing, including me (possibly!), as well as some really cool panels.

Boss Battle!

So DonorDrive, who powers our Extra Life pages, do a really cool Boss Battle feature during ELU.

From now until April 8, we are looking to take out multiple donation goals as a community. Your weapon: donations to any Extra Lifer. Every dollar takes away a hit point from the boss.
