Come Beat Me in College Football ‘25 for Charity

There is no sim here. I’m behind the sticks in the first ever Extra Life College Football tournament in partnership with Playfly College Esports.

You can join in too. The entry fee is a $15 donation, which is made when you sign up at https://playflycollege.gg and register for the tournament. Don’t wait because today, January 15th, is the deadline!

There’s lots of great prizes up for grabs in the tournament as well as incredible incentives for bringing in donations. Oh, and top donors get a free pass into later rounds which, I’m not gonna lie, I fear I will require since my skills weren’t what they once were.

The tournament is completely virtual and will start this weekend. I will stream all my games live on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook as well. So if being in the crowd and supporting participants with your donations is more your speed, consider something like pledging to donate a dollar per TD that I score (I’m also considering a turnover tax for myself).

Or just keep donating the final scores from the Orange and Sugar Bowls because that’s been great to see. Hopefully we can repeat that Irish joy come Monday night!
